Csgo: Vitality in 5-0 with Navi, Nip and Fnatic in their pool!

The three teams will face each other in the elimination phase which will begin on September 27.
Group A of the 16th season of the ESL Pro League has come to an end. Vitality went clear in the group stage after beating Spirit 2-0, knocking the Russian-majority side out of playoff contention in one fell swoop.

Dan “apEX” Madesclaire and his team finished in first place in Group A, which allows the international team to begin their race for the playoffs in the quarter-finals, without going through the first round.

Zywoo the GOAT, qualified Navi

ZywOo stood out in Group A with an exceptional rating of 1.45 on 12 cards.
Natus Vincere secured a spot in the playoffs despite a tie with Ninjas in Pajamas and Spirit, thanks to their head-to-head map difference. Hampus “hampus” Poser and his teammates, meanwhile, left the event in the group stage after a shaky start to the tournament (0-3) that left them with little opportunity to progress.

Fnatic qualified!

Fnatic were able to advance to the next phase of the tournament thanks to their comfortable 2-0 victory against Endpoint in their last encounter. This event in Malta marked the LAN debut of Dion “FASHR” Derksen. Derksen made his LAN debut with Fnatic, and the 26-year-old didn’t disappoint, as he earned a solid 1.09 rating during the group stage – his side’s second-best showing, behind Fredrik “roeJ” Jorgensen (1.16).

As for the others…

Endpoint end their time in Malta in last place in Group A with a 1-4 record. Max’s “MiGHTYMAX” men had an encouraging performance despite that, including taking a card off Spirit before beating Natus Vincere in a clean 2-0 series to get their only win on the board (NaVi being the world 1st).

ESL Pro League Season 16 Group B kicks off on Wednesday, September 7, pitting FaZe and G2 against BIG, Outsiders, MIBR and FTW, with three more playoff spots up for grabs.
